Delivery FAQ

Are there order minimums or fees?

Yes. We charge a nominal fee for delivery. Our minimum order is $50 for delivery. Fees are as follows:

$50–$75 Order Value = $10 Delivery Fee
$75+ Order Value = $5 Delivery Fee

What days do you deliver?

Currently we deliver on Mondays and Thursdays with order cutoffs as follows:

Order by Sunday at 6pm for Monday delivery
Order by Wednesday at 6pm for Thursday delivery

Do you deliver frozen products?

Yes! Customers will either need to be home to accept delivery or leave a cooler in an accessible location for our driver.

Can I pick up my online order at a store instead?

Yes! We have an option to buy online and pick up in store available at checkout. Please allow about 1 hour for our staff to prepare your order after placing it.

I have had my Yorkie groomed by a traveling groomer, who I loved and most importantly my dog loved. Unfortunately she moved and I tried one of the other big name traveling groomer which ended up with cotton in the ear for 2 days. I was Leary about Brick and Motar groomers but she needed to be done bad🤣 I have to saw from the time I walked in greeted and helped immediately, I got so lucky to have a young lady named Abby who cut my pup. Yes, sorry very long winded but definitely wanted to get across to people like me, who haven’t tried anywhere for fear. This is where you want to be! They now have a loyal customer with me. Remember ask for Abby😁, Great job girl thank you.
